  • Spurn Head – One of the most stunning coastal walks in Yorkshire, see both inland and out to sea in the same view and the lighthouse at Spurn Head, the mouth of the Humber Estuary
  • Trans Pennine Trail – This enjoyable traffic-free cycle and walking route along the Hornsea Rail Trail goes from seaside town of Hornsea to the centre of the maritime city of Hull.
  • Hornsea Promenade – Soak up Hornsea’s beautiful coastline and beach as you walk, run or stroll along the award-winning Promenade
  • Danes Dyke Bridlington – A 148 acre nature reserve on the Flamborough headland. The dyke is prehistoric in origin. The extensive woodland leads to a small secluded cove.
  • Flamborough Head – This is a beautiful circular trail around Flamborough one of the most spectacular areas of chalk cliffs in Britain, with stunning scenery and views.
  • RSPB Bempton Cliffs – The Bempton Cliffs to Flamborough Head Walk was voted one of Britain’s top 100 walks by ITV. The coastal walk takes in views of the North Sea and the thousands of nesting sea birds including the populat puffins on the cliffs.
  • Beverley Westwood – This open space on the edge of Beverley is a popular spot for families and dog walkers. You’ll often see kites being flown, great for picnics
